    Tell us about your game-what are your strenghs & weaknesses-that will be key to the game you need play.
    One interesting strategy that Bill Tildon used was to hit repeatedly to a player's strength. After a while the opponent would often start screwing up & would then get psyched out. No one ever hit that many shots right to them!

    the best strategy, unregarded, of any others, no matter what, is to get the ball OVER the net and IN the lines, because otherwise you give away the point

    To have a very strong mental game, the mind makes up a large percentage of any professional player.

    Mental games are the easiest way to rattle your opponents.

    I know this as i am a former professional junior and represented my country.
