To have a very strong mental game, the mind makes up a large percentage of any professional player. Mental games are the easiest way to rattle your opponents. I know this as i am a former professional junior and represented my country.

Tell us about your game-what are your strenghs & weaknesses-that will be key to the game you need play. One interesting strategy that Bill Tildon used was to hit repeatedly to a player's strength. After a while the opponent would often start screwing up & would then get psyched out. No one ever hit that many shots right to them!
