This is so typical, why can't the country's leaders care about there own people instead of others who only care about fighting. The middle east has always been at war and no amount of money is going to change that, that $900 million is the people's money and to use it without there permission on something so stupid is practically treason. You should always put your own people first regardless of what's happening around the world.

I understand that Palestine needs the money to rebuild their cities, but 900 million is very much money we can not afford to hand out when our needs are as important and urgent.
