I've wondered that myself, especially after getting two meals that were still frozen.

I don't know ... they are ALWAYS busy around here, anyway ... They just increased prices on the SPECIAL ...a $1.00. I've always enjoyed the food and the service ... Of course, they are owned by Darden restaurants who owns several well known establishment chains ... IF you get bad service ; file a COMPLAINT and darden's WILL make it right ...

Good for the American craving for food with very little flavor. Beats me, but the worse the restaurant, the more successful it is.

There must be lots of folks still eating there. It's not a bad place ... if you can find one that is run by management that cares.
