hm. thats terrible! what about do you weigh? and where do you want to be? you could always try taking a diet pill, or adding protein (from soy, not whey which is hard on your digestive system) powder to your diet.

Have you, uh, kept to that diet? Its also possible that its genetic, if there was weight problems in your family.

Strange as it may sound, you may not be eating enough calories & your body is in "starvation mode" also you may want to switch up your exercise a bit, try something more strenous one day & walk another day & you should have one day of no exercise for muscles to rest.

You just might be right the way you are. Look, you women do go on about weight. What do your boyfriends (or husband) say? I bet you don't get a lot of complaints.

As someone else mentioned, your body has for sure slowed its metabolism down because it thinks you are starving. You definitely need more than 1000 calories a day! As someone else mentioned, you shouldn't do that exercise every day as muscles need time to rebuild. What type of diet comprises your 1000 calories a day? I sure hope it is not a bone and organ destroying Atkins Diet! If you are serious about it, something to consider would be to go vegan for a few months. It is almost guaranteed you will see some weight loss. Have you ever seen an overweight vegan? You said you weigh 214. How tall are you?

Change it up a bit. Your body wants to stay at the weight it is at now.It is in protection mode when it comes to your metabolism. I suggest having 1200 calories one day then 1000 the next. Skip a day of exercise of work different muscles one day. The best way to continue to loose weight is to change your routine and change it often. Good luck. +3
