I give full points for any effort. I don't ask many questions-so they are mostly points for good answers to other people's questions.

Yes and I never leave negatives, if I don't agree I just don't leave them points.

yep always!!! but i cant give that many cuz i still so low =o( but i give the most i can possibly give to them

yes - if the answer is helpful, I leave full points - the only time I do not is if the answer is rude. Even if the answer disagrees with my opinion, I still give full points, because people have taken the time to answer. Sometimes, with very well researched answers, I would love to give more points - like an extra special extra super duper helpful answer point, but I can't
