It depends on the individual. You can not generalise between genders like that. There is no proof with a rational basis.

I think these qualities are more found in men than women bt women are dedicated,diligent and compromising more than males!

I think if you base it on the diferent areas of the brain each seems to favor, then in some cases women will rise to the top. In others, men will. I do believe that so far, of the women I have seen as leaders of countries, they tend to be more uncompromising and hardnosed than their male peers. Thatcher, Bhutto, Golda Meir to name a few. They seem also to not be as inclined to compromise their values in pursuit of convenience.

This question assumes (begs the question) that there is a difference between men and women as to one being more intelligent, one making wiser decisions and one making firmer decisions. I reject that such determination can be made by gender. I reject that either men or women are innately more intelligent, wiser, or firmer in their decision making process. I invite Lion Heart to come up with any acceptable evidence to back-up his claim. So far he's done nothing. See the commentary below Daisychain's answer. Ok, Lion Heart, where's your evidence?

There are men and women that don't fit in any of those categories. Some people are born leaders and that's not gender specific.

I would say that logic based decisions are more intelligent ans wisely made than emotionaly based ones regardless of wether the person is male or female. though I think emotional people get more stubborn (firm) in their decisions.
