parkour should be something that is learned through moving in the environment, my advice is find a local group of traceurs and start going with them, you will learn how to move like them soon enough. most parkour "schools" are just idiots who want to make money claiming they can teach parkour. beleive me, i have been training for years. and most traceurs will teach for free =]
