There really isn't a clear definition of Normality but my opinion of it is that the norm is just what describes most cases of the subject. But contrasting I don't think that something that doesn't fit in what I would call normal as weird.. just different from what I am used to. Good question.

In my opinion, there is no such thing as normal. There is what people tend to do, but that is a trend, not exactly a normality. These could be considered normality, but who dictates what is normal? It only makes it average. So I believe there is no normal, only average. Does that make sense to anyone but me?

There is the concept of normalcy which, when applied to levels or balances, can be effective. For instance, normal temperature ranges, normal pH balance, etc. I don't think the concept of normalcy really applies to people, though. We're built to be diverse.

Normality is relative what i think is normal a lot of people may think abnormal and vice versa. You can only say normality must be an average. I cannot say for other people
