yes anyone that lives in the home must be included. You do not want welfare fraud against you. Report it accurately.

If you have separate living quarters and keep your food separately, you do not have to include your "roommates". It you all share, everyone has to be counted. Unless you have filed a "common law" or "domestic partners" document, most states do not recognize the relationship.
