Yes. Motel 6, Kansas (can't remember which town). The only room left in the entire town due to a huge wedding. It was a handicapped room. I went to take a shower, and there was no bath tub because it was a handicapped facility - the shower was not in any way divided from the rest of the bathroom. So I was taking my shower an first of all the shower curtain was too long and got into the drain, which got the floor of the entire bathroom wet. When I pulled the curtain out of the drain spiders started crawling out of it - no joke. And then suddenly spiders started appearing on the wall, hanging from the light fixtures... it was like a horror movie. They were everywhere! I freaked out and went on a spider-killing rampage with my soaked shoe. Also the room was extremely cold and we couldn't figure out how to turn the air conditioner down or off, and my grandma (who I was road-tripping with) got sick.

Some no name motel in Eureka, CA I was young, we were on a family vacation. So at about 2am we hear a woman screaming bloody murder.....This motel is the kind where all the rooms face the nasty half full pool in the middle....and we look out to see some guy pulling his g/f around by her hair like a caveman trying to stab her....The police were called and it was broken up with no serious injuries, to make a long story short.....BTW it is ill advised to stay anywhere in Eureka, CA (no offense to those who live there).

actually yes.... it was a weird motel on the autobahn in Germany. The place is called Oberhausen. it was the scariest motel i have ever experienced. It was totally empty, and it was the middle of january.... the place had all the lights on, a kinda bar with music playing and lights turned on in the main entrance hall, and when they gave us the keys , we went inside and the place was empty ... it was only the 2 of us in it. I was scared, couldnt sleep, plus the room had huge door/windows facing on a park at the back and there were strange noises coming from right outside the windows...very very weird.......i still wonder why that place was empty and the lights and music were turned on lol , i dont wanna know.

Flagstaff Arizona. Pick a hotel. Seems a train runs through town every 5 minutes after 10pm. If you don't hear a train whistle every 5 minutes all night long, you're dead.
