What would be a sign that you SHOULD NOT hire the person you are interviewing?

• The "objective" on his resume says "To make enough easy money to support my heroin addiction". • His references come back. One says "We are so glad he used to work for us". • During the interview, he tries to "connect" with you by talking about how hot that woman in the desk photo is. Your 9-year-old daughter. • You take him on a tour of the office. In the lounge, he asks "you think it's safe to leave my bong in here when I'm working, dude?" • He lists under "previous employment"... "helped Mom take out the trash".

If he or she picks their nose.... yuck.... lol

Well, if they talk about the second coming in their interview, that's a bad sign. If they ask about how fast they can advance in that company, that would raise a red flag. If they are already asking for time off, I wouldn't hire them.

If you see them picking their nose or scratching somewhere gross, then they try to shake your hand.
