  • If he or she picks their nose.... yuck.... lol
  • Well, if they talk about the second coming in their interview, that's a bad sign. If they ask about how fast they can advance in that company, that would raise a red flag. If they are already asking for time off, I wouldn't hire them.
  • If you see them picking their nose or scratching somewhere gross, then they try to shake your hand.
