Why do members like to change the question to fit their answer? Answers that miss the mark deserve to be down rated.

Once you enter your question, you only have about 2 minutes to alter it and then it stays. That's not long enough time for someone to answer your question and then have you alter it. As far as answers not being what the questioner wants to hear, no, I don't think they should be marked down, because it is the answerer's own opinion. Hope you don't downrate mine, if it's not what you want to hear!
