The forms of discrimination that are protected against are the ones the lobbyists, politicians, and moneymakers have pushed through. Each law passed is at great expense and great time. Unless there has been a massive movement by the group of people being protected, nothing is going to be done. Period. It is a battle for each group that has succeeded and only then in the specific areas they have fought.

ALL forms of discrimination? H*ll no! First of all, EVERYBODY ON THE FACE OF THIS PLANET DISCRIMINATES! Every time you make a choice between two or more things, you discriminate. Coke or Pepsi? Hot shower or cold shower? Children or no children? Yes, I know you are refering to such things as racial, gender, sexual preference, religious preference, and the like. But my point is WHERE DO YOU STOP WITH RESPECT TO THE LAW? Personally, the very first words transcribed into the U.S. Constitution pretty much says it all: WE THE PEOPLE of the United States... Sounds pretty d*mned all inclusive to me already. It was very intentionally written this way by Thomas Jefferson.
