Who should own the content posted by users on social networking sites like Facebook?

I just read about this about a day or two ago, its causing a lot of controversy between the site and users, mainly because users dont want anything they post to be used. But legally Facebook does own the website if most people read all of the terms and agreements. I think it gives them the right to own what they want

I think it should be Facebook. People should really think twice, thrice or more before they post or reveal anything on the Internet.
