actually i did. in high school we had to draw pets or live animals for art homework and i had 6 Betta fish at the time so i drew each other them!

Yep and i've sculpted a fish out of coils of porcelin clay. The fish is 18 inches long.

Actually? It only occurs to me on your asking this that I haven't, since I was a little kid drawing cartoon fish. WILL AMEND THIS!

It really can't be done since they do not have arms and legs. I suppose you could draw a coelacanth but they are fairly rare.
