More than anything, I usually feel embarrassed. If it's bad pain, self-pitying and worried. But being injured never brings me any sort of anger through itself (that is to say, it's not the pain that makes me angry - if someone is intentionally hurting me, that situation does make me angry, but it's not the pain itself) so I suppose out of those two options, sad/despondent.

I ignore it. I'm used to pain... ... as creepy as that might sound. :)

I never get angry or depressed. I try to be grateful for my life.

My girlfriend shut my hand in the door once. I looked at her and asked her to open the door. She asked why? And I told her because my hand is shut in it. She didn't open it, she laughed and started to walk off because she thought I was kidding until I showed her. I usually try to play it cool, suck it up and act like it's all good..unless I black out from the pain.

I actually get the giggles when I hurt myself as the stupidity behind the whole thing is ironic.

I get angry at myself. I usually believe it could have been avoided.

I yell (and I am going to have to paraphrase this): "Messianic Nazarene, sodomize me!". Then I usually laugh at the adbsurdity of my outburst. Or faint, depending on the extent of the injury.
