  • You could add flavouring to the water.

  • Hydration has becone the bain of my existance. I need 64 oz water each day, so I use a 16 oz glass because then I only need 4 glasses. I start the day with 16 oz glass of water before ANYTHING else (except the bathroom, of course!) I use flavorings like lemon or lime. I use crystal lite or a little (weak) gatorade. I actually write my water consumption down to keep track. My husband checks my water consumption each evening. I keep reminding myself how crucial water is for regualr body function and health.
  • try putting a bit of flavour with it. i like the volvic water because it tastes fruity but you could add a drop of cordial. also try to get used to drinking water before every meal then it will just become normal to you
  • No offence but this is a really silly question. If you are thirsty then you need to drink water. If you are not thirsty then you will not do yourself any good at all by drinking more water than you need.
  • Add the flavor packs from crystal lite. You will still get the benefits of the water plus the added vitamins from the packs.
