I would go for White, Blue, and then Red, though your order works too. Also, it is important to keep in mind the parties that at least claim to represent each color. For me, it would be Independent, Democrat, and then Republican. And I am not in favor of that, btw!

Well, red, white & blue since that's how I grew up saying it and I'm not gonna change that anytime soon. however, I really don't feel that one trait should take a seat over another; they need to exist in complete harmony and understanding.
