Is there anyone here, who can help me find a WoW (world of Warcraft) client without me buying the game?.. downloads or anything? i won't do any illegal.. :p just need the game itself.

You can pirate the game or you can buy it, there's not much else to it. However, I believe the trials you buy in game stores are like $5 for a month and they include the full client. Try gamestop I'm pretty sure thats how it goes. However if you want Burning Crusade (the recently released expansion) you'll have to buy that too.

I believe so, all you'll have to do is upgrade to a full subscription after the 10 day trial.

If you sign up using a trial key, then once that key has expired you're going to have to purchase a key for the full version of the game. You'll probably be able to download the full version of the game without buying the box and all, but you'll still pay the same amount of money for the key itself. You won't be able to upgrade to a full account until you have a full key.
