Is a North Carolina Power of Attorney good in Texas?

I think this falls under the "full faith and credit" clause of the Constitution. I haven't heard of a case where a will or POA was challenged in a state because it was drafted in another state. I have heard of challenges due to such documents that were not prepared properly.
