Short answer; I don't know. It depends on how old I was before it needed to be prolonged artificially and what my life was like at that point. If I was going to die anytime soon, then it'd probably be a yes. I'm still really young, reasonably healthy, surrounded by the people I care about, and don't feel ready to die yet! In another sixty or seventy years, it'll be a different story. The chances are that most of the people I grew up around will be dead, life and society will be very different and there's a good chance I won't be as fit and healthy as I am now. I doubt under those conditions I'd want to artificially prolong my life.

If I am kept healthy and active, with no side-affects, Yes.

Yes. I want to be very old when I die.
-
I don't think so. I would ensure I would use artificial means to ensure I have a healthy life though.

I'm sure I would. And if faced with a situation where the choice is death now or prolonged life by artificial means......well the will to live is mighty strong, most people that think they wouldn't I think would surprise themselves.

Yes if my children still need me. I want to enjoy grandchildren and great grandchildren even. I don't want to live til I am in diapers and being fed through a straw though!
-
Yes I would like to be here forever ... insert me!

Of course I would, unless I, for some reason, wanted to be dead.
