There are limitless possibilities for this answer. An easy, simple thing that may work for you would be to sprinkle a few pebbles into your shoes at the beginning of each day. More if you are feeling particularly perky that day.

You MUST shake your fist at anything and everything you do not agree with. You must put the word, "Damn" in front of the word "kids" anytime you use it. You must start shake your head negatively as soon as someone else starts talking. You must start sentences with "Back in my day..." Good luck. Being a curmudgeon ain't easy. I work hard at it.
