About 9 years ago my mom got sick. She's suffered from unbelieveable headaches and the medication that she took altered her personality in great ways. She has recently been doing much better but my family has been through a lot of crap that I couldn't even begin to explain. I admire my dad for staying by her side, and his kids' side. He's stuck by us and continued to do everything he can to support us, and even when she was so messed up she was threatening to leave him or kill herself or whatever. . . He never left. He always stayed, and always supported her. That is love.
