Yes, there is a fluid that is release prior to ejaculation that can contain sufficient sperm to get you pregnant. If you are concerned with getting pregnant put a barrier between him and you, ie. a condom. If you do not want to do that engage in less pregnancy risky behavior. Have him put his manhood somewhere that is not connected to your eggs.

They pull out method is only aroun 60-70% effective due to the pre cum. Use a condom, then the chances are like 98% effective and if they dont break there is an even better chance.

If the answer to that is "no," then the chances are VERY good that you could get pregnant. Pulling out is not --- repeat, NOT --- an effective means of birth control. six seconds inside you is almost as good as two hours, in terms of sperm being deposited in you.
But if you didn't have a viable egg in your uterus, then the chances are close to zero.

Sperm can seep out before the guy BEGINS, let alone finishes. If he's got an erection, he probably has an invisible drop just at the tip; and if he only rubs his dick on your labia, you CAN get pregnant. You'd have to be fertile (i.e., ovulating) at the time, so the chance is slim, but IT CAN HAPPEN.
