They are wishing for a fairy tale ending of all of their troubles pretending to be good "Christians" due to a fairy tale book (Revelations) mentioning some incredibly vague predictions about when the world will end. The end times, signs of the times, I believe its in the book of Mathew in the bible. And its speaks of rumors of wars, children rebelling even more than now, disasters even more in the weather. etc. The signs of the times shows us Jesus Christ is soon to come and take us up and meet us in the air. Its going to be a glorious day.
