None, they are all really boring. BUT if I had to pick, the original ones..
-
Evil Enterprise vs. Good Enterprise?
-
The Next Generation
-
I'm Not A Trek-ie, But, I ENJOY ALL STAR TREK SERIES ! I have all the star trek movies and watch one about once a month. ( the origional cast and series are my favorites) I watch the old re- runs of the series when I can't sleep I still find them entertaining.
-
all of them. mostly, the original & enterprise.
-
I enjoy Star Trek Enterpise the best. It has more realism than any of the other series especially since they're not wearing skin tight outfits but more comfortable relaxed looking and more practical outfits. Scott Bakula (Archer) is a kick-ass take no nonsense sort of leader that hasn't been seen since Captain Kirk. However I oddly thought Captain Janeway was sexy in her own way. Plus Enterprise is not as dry or corny as some of the older shows. The Klingons are still bad guys and the women are green!
-
I'm developing a new appreciation for Voyager.
-
Enterprise was great until Paramount cancelled it. The only problem I had with it was how they tried to justify the chessy technology of the 60's perception of the 23nd century compared with the 21 century perception of the 23rd century.
-
I'm old, give me the original series with Kirk, Spock, Scotty, Bones, Uhura, Sulu....
-
Next Generation is my fave. But Voyager is up there. Enterprise was ok in the beginning, but then it got too stupid.
-
I agree with Next Generation and Voyager. Deep Space Nine was sometimes pretty good, but I never liked Enterprise at all.
-
Next Generation, for me.
-
Next Genration and Voyager, I think, but they tended to be a bit preachy. The original series was a lot of fun, but the plots were very predictable and the settings rarely varied. I could never get into Enterprise because Kirk's enterprise (NCC-1701) was the very first starship Enterprise that was launched by Starfleet. I think they made a big blunder by trying to revise Federation history with Enterprise. Now, if they had, instead, made a series -- Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, or Star Trek: Time Police -- they would have had another winner!
-
Personally, I loved Deep Space Nine- the only one with a continuing story that I thought made sense. Yeah, Voyager was trying to get home, but if you watch throughout, that is the only through plotline. Deep Space Nine also had two of my favorite characters- Odo and Quark!
-
The Next Generation, no doubt
-
Next Generation because Picard rocks!
-
Next Generation is by far the best...How do you convince your wife to name your first born son Jean-Luc? Any suggestions? She's not biting for it.
-
Enterprise. It's gritty. It's realistic. Less super-science saving the day and more reliance on the crew instead of their toys. The ship actually LOOKS like an active-duty military vessel. All of what made Babylon 5 better than ST:TNG or DS9.
-
I wouldn't say any of them are "best", but my favorite is DS9.
-
When your series consists of an android that is responsible for preventing the destruction of spacetime, you've got yourself a winner. The Next Generation, hands down.
-
Ya know, its hard to say. For the longest time I loved TNG, but then I got into DS9 and loved it very much. Now I love Voyager. I can say one thing for certain, Enterprise SUCKS!!!
-
The Next Generation. Not only was I raised on it (so to speak) but it addressed (quite fearlessly) all the hot-topic issues of it's time.
-
The Phantom Menace. Darth Maul Rocks!
-
Voyager. I just think that they took the concepts that TNG laid down and went with them. Also, the Doctor may well be my favorite trek character ever.
-
The original! Kirk to the bridge... beam me up, Scotty!
-
Next Gen, though every series had it's moments.
-
That is a really tall order, and it is very subjective. The TOS is the original, many will grant it "best" status based on that. The TNG similarly pushed the envelope and revived the series. A fan could probably make an argument for any of the series. - Personally, I think it is Voyager. I just liked the characters and the stroylines. Also, the Doctor rocks.
-
For me its a tossup between TNG & Voyager. I really like Captain Picard and his crew. You really get to know and love the characters. Voyager also had a lovable crew and I find their plight very entertaining. Especially when they are in borg territory.
-
Enterprise, because Tpol is so hot! They always succeeded even though they had the bare beginnings of tech that the other programs offered!
-
Next Generation. WORF, now there is a man! lol Plus the whole crew was create. Except Deena, a bit a whiner to me. Only Star Trek series I ever watch. I grew up with my father watching the original, YAWN, I mean come on KIRK gets EVERY women? He wasn't all that!
-
Definitely Voyager. Partly because of a continuing plot line of heading for home, and partly because of the crew. (I never get tired of seeing Jennifer Lien!) But Enterprise spoiled the whole thing. I watched it for a year or so, hoping it would grab me, but then I realized that even after that time I couldn't name half of the main characters. And I never could stomach that captain!
-
the original series & tng. i loved the original cast ~ i grew up watching them. i think gene roddenberry was a visionary for the time. i also appreciated the themes explored in the tng series ~ my favorite episode was yesterdays enterprise. that one was bloody brilliant.
-
Sorry, I'm not a Star Trek fan but I like Star Wars! What about yourself?
-
Good question Admiral Woehrle. Oh I have a hard time with that. I am going to have to say my favorite is a split: TOS and Next Gen. I grew up on TOS, watching some of its original run and then continued watching repeats throughout the 70's. The thing about TOS is it was ground breaking. It discussed social issues, race, and more WAY before its time. I think that the only way they got away with it was because it WAS "science fiction." In no other context could they have managed this. Gene Roddenberry was just plain a genius. Next Gen was pure brilliance. Some of the episodes fell flat but, to me, it took up where TOS left off and examined the hard issues. As far as quality throughout a series, this one would be, to me, tops. DS9 was ok and I only managed one episode of Enterprise. I greatly enjoyed Voyager but it is nowhere up with TOS or Next Gen.
-
Next Generation of course.
-
I didn't mind Voyager.
-
Voyager for me
-
I cant choose i LOVED them all even cheesy tuned Enterprise i'm just a small town girl who longs to work in outer space :)
-
I liked Enterprise the best. The show was very much underrated.
-
so hard - I liked each new series better than the last DS9 was a brilliant concept--stay in one place and analyze a single culture/how civilization works/doesn't work, for once; but they strayed Scott Bakula was SO sexy But I find myself watching VOYAGER the most. something about that constant goal; a microcosm of our own society out so far from home STAR WARS fandom isn't mutually exclusive here
-
They were all great.
-
Next Gen, with TOS RIGHT behind it. After that, DS9, then VOY, then, WAYYY down the line, Enterprise. In fact, in my opinion, Enterprise doesn't count.
-
Definitely DS9, for a few reasons. Apparently, Roddenberry had always forbidden (or at least discouraged) any real conflict between main characters, but it was allowed in DS9, which made for some interesting character development. I also liked that toward the end of the series, there was an overall arc to the series, where each episode built on the previous one, and story lines flowed between them. I like that much better than the other series where each episode stood alone and you could watch any episode from any season and not be lost unless it happened to be part of a 2-parter. But what about Voyager or Enterprise? These were both good too.
-
all the above and the 2 you forgot PLEASE .... ~Nemo~
-
Once TNG went off the air, DS9.
-
Star Trek. Can't beat old school XD
-
Deep Space Nine then NG then original Star Trek. DS9 had the coolest villans. NG was good, but some of the "politically correct" episodes just irk me. Star Trek is great, but I've seen the episodes so many times now, I could give you a run down of the whole episode based on ten seconds of show.
-
What happened to Voyager and Enterprise?
-
I like DS9 the least, and know Star Trek the best. Lately I've been watching Enterprise and Voyager. There are a lot of TNGs that I've never seen and am looking forward to watching. So, which is my series? I'll have to do more research to give an informed answer :-).
-
Enterprise. The gritty atmosphere, episodes and Captain were a cool blast from the past Original series, and plenty on its own to appreciate. I found that particular "era" in Trek's human history the most exciting: the very first steps into space.
-
I'm an equal opportunity Science Fiction Fan. Each one has a special appeal for me.
-
I use to watch Star Trek I loved it, then I watched TNG, I never got into DSN. Out of the 3 I loved the Original, it will hold a special place in my heart. +3
