I do all the time. When it's time to stop, I'll have to be weaned off of it or else complications could arise. I stopped taking Neurontin cold turkey once (ran out of the prescription after surgery and didn't bother to refill it seeing as how I was not feeling the nerve pain anymore) and had anxiety attacks because of it. I wish they had told me that at the doctors office, but it was really my fault for not reading the pamphlet completely. Anxiety attacks suck big time.

I did, I've taken several dependancy risk medications to find out what works for my Depression and others to see what works for my insomnia
