Calcio Storico - if you've never seen it, it's basically 54 guys wearing pantaloons, beating the shit out of each other for an hour while trying to play rugby. Awesome.

My favorite sport to watch is basketball. I think it takes great skill for two teams to compete against each with shooting hoops, pick and rolls and guarding their players vs the opposite team.
