Good use of the money, seeing as how cleaning up after STDs probably costs billions annually.

Nobody has heard of STDs or condoms before? Is there no better use for the money? It should be interesting to see who actually gets the money and what they really use it for. But, then again, given the amount of money in the stimulus package, $352M is chump change.

i think people are gonna do what they wanna do reguardless of what you warn them about. "it might happen to you but it wont happen to me" is a common state of mind. i think the 352 million should go to finding cures rather then prevention.
