  • He can appeal all he wants but didnt he realize after the second denial he isnt going to get what he wants?
  • Don't worry they won't modify the order. He better hope they don't increase it. I expierenced this with my daughter's father. His oldest daughter mother took him to court, for an increase it was granted, he appealed, new court date set. We all appeared the judge increased the supprt order again. She now receives close to $600 a month.Which still isn't enough if you really do the math. On the other hand I too, took him to court my order hasn't been updated since 02. I only receive $266 a month for the care of his daughter. However, we still see each other and I know his current financial situation after child support is taken from his pay he only brings home $326 every two weeks. Well, listien I don't sympathize I gloat sliently while he complains, and suggest that he gets another job. It's only a matter of time before I decide to haul him back into court, to get an increase, but he's being so nice so I don't do so. Our daughter attends a catholic school, and his support just barely pays the tutition, and she still needs other things that he provides when he can. Don't sweat it!
