Has anyone on here bought one of those therapeutic pillows for the neck? How do you like it?

A folded pillow works just as well, and is a lot less expensive.

I purchased one of those Temperpedic pillows a few years back. After touching and sitting on the mattress I was mesmerized by the "Temperpedic foam." A day after using the pillow I gave it a nickname: Lump. That's definitely one pillow you don't want to "dive in to" (ouch). I did not find it comfortable to sleep on either. Tried both the normal pillow size version and the small thing that goes under the neck. Returned them both. Guy at the store said it takes a few months to get used to them but of course it took longer to get used to them than the return-policy so I wasn't interested in trying at that point.
