There's www.Limewire.com

You can have a setting that will make your searches only for [B]LEGAL[/B] music. However you can also turn it off and find illigal music as well.

But yes the best places are napster and itunes.

http://www.apple.com/itunes/
You can legally buy songs and tv shows on itunes and music in rhapsody. You may burn those you purchase to a CD's and transfer to an MP3 player. No viruses or spyware of any kind.

you can download Itunes at www.itunes.com or napster at www.napster.com if you use WIndows Media PLayer, the cheapest songs legally downloadable are 88 cents from Walmart Music
