  • you could be snoring because of congestion. which usually means your draining snot from your nose down your throat which can sometimes irate and make your throat raw. or if you sleep with you mouth open you can be drying out your throat which also makes it sore.

  • Yes it can. One thing I noticed is my throat gets real dry. I tried the nose strips but it's my throat that makes me snore namely my uvula (that little punching bag thing in the back of your throat) I have found those throat lubricating sprays work good for me.
