Beef tongue,yes.It slow cooked for 12 hours,it's really tender and has a buttery flavor to it.Especially the tip of it.Some Deli's sell it for a fortune,it's a nice treat but has to be prepared really good,if not it's just gross.I paid for the whole thing around 12 Dollar

Yes, in the canned form. It is usually salted so it doesent taste of much other than a bit of salt. Great on bread with pickles. And very tender as mamamc say.
