i've heard israel is insane, but i think i would say ours, not only due to size and funding, but because of resources also. not many armies serve a country with as many resources available as ours.

Britain 1. lack of funding - British soldiers get more kills using fewer bullets than the US army 2. size - Britain developed the use of small elite commando units and now the British SAS are considered the worlds most elite fighting force 3. culture of our military - The British Army wins period On top of this the British public expect to see body bags unlike in the US when as soon as a soldier is KIA everyone wants the troops to come home. Finally if you don't believe me watch the Rock and see what one elderly Brit can do to your Special Forces
