It depends on what I am stressed over. If it is a situation that I can make better, then that's what I do. Whatever the stress is though, I always pray for guidance first.

I deal. And when that doesn't work I approach it from a different angle and deal some more. When it gets to be too much, I end up crying, getting it out of my system, and trying again tomorrow. +5
