yeah you can have a moveable avatar. you just do it the same way as you would a normal one but remember dont go over the size limit

I saved my avatar as a .gif file and it moves when I open it up on my computer. It stops moving when I upload it onto my profile. Is it just because it is too big? How can I tell exactly what size it is?
