  • *continued*...I know it's good to 'take initiative' but I'm the kind of person that benefits greatly from being 'micro managed'. If you want me to do something, I'll do it with flying colors. But you have to TELL me what you want done; don't 'assume' I should know if you don't communicate it to me! Or when people complain to others about stuff not being done but don't come to you, the very person who needs that communication. GRR! I'm not a mind reader. Come to me maturely and calmly, tell me what the problem is/what you want done, and I'll do it! But I'm not a mind reader!! *end rant lol*
  • Hey, I didn't think you were going to ask that today. Wish I had told you to wait till tomorrow!
  • It is unfair, especially when the 'someone ' gets excessively angry and you have no idea what is going on other than, you, all along, were suppose to know everything already through clairvoyance.
  • I think it unfair and frustrating for this to occur. People are a strange lot sometimes and just expect us to have ESP. I think they don't really know what they want. It just gives them a reason to be mean and rude to us. Good Luck with the mind reading...
  • Yes it is both unfair and frustrating to deal with someone like that. It wouldn't happen more than once with me then I would ignore their suggestion to do something. If that bothered them I would tell them why I choose not to try.
