The console has nothing to do with anyone being addicted to it. It's the games, and how much a particular person enjoys playing it. If you have the same game, that plays exactly the same on the PS3 and the 360, there is nothing that the system does that makes it "addicting"

All gaming consoles can be addicting if they have good games. I can sit for 5 to 8 hours at a time with certain games. But it dosnt really have much to do with the console itself. I played Finally Fantasy 7 for nearly 24 hours and its on PS1 but then can turn around and play a game on the 360 for nearly the same. It all depends on the game.

Its all depending on what you are into game wise, Thats a yes an no answer, Personally Alot of the games that i like to play are for the PC, hence i am on the PC most of the time but there are a few games for the X-box that i Luv(Halo) and i can sit down and play for hours

Addictive doesn't seem like the right word to describe the Xbox 360. How about we just say that when you start to play it, it start's to CONTROL YOUR MIND :D So yes it's very VERY addictive.

360 has many addicting games, though i wouldn't describe a console as addicting... i'm sure 360 has something for you, ps3 is graphics oriented while wii is kiddie oriented 360 is balanced

Not really without Xbox Live... Most of the games don't have very much replay value without multiplayer... But then again barely any games do =/

it is so adictive that i stop going to the gym,stop being active social,dont even listen when people talking to me while playing,cell phone can ring a million times and i dont answer until the match is done,my girlfriend gets mad at me almost every day.i love playing first action shooters game cod,halo,fear gears or war.but is it really worthy,think again.something need to be done.
