It doesn't make it go away completely, but it dries it out, which gives it a higher percentage that it goes away faster than just allowing nature to take its course.

I've never heard of that. I use Oxy 10. Maybe I'll have to experiment next time I get one.

Never worked for me. I clean my face with an antibacterial soap and make sure I use moisturizer every day and that helped me greatly. Pimples can actually form if your face is too dry as well. You need to have the right balance to have a good complection.
