As far as I know there is no way to do that, just flag your question to get it removed

Answers you can just edit out of existance, although it looks rather dumb to have an answer that's just a period. Question can't be gotten rid of I'm afraid, once it's been on the table for more than a certain ammount of time, you're stuck with it.
