Well it is mainly good for those who have heart attacks but even for people who don't. The reason you have a heart attack is somewhere you have a blocked/clogged artery. When you take Aspirin it prevents you from getting clogged arteries because it thins your blood. Therefore it can prevent you from dying and helping your heart

No.. it's not a "blood thinner". Aspirin has an antiplatelet quality so it just prevents clots from forming and therefore clogging a vessel.
