Finely chopped onions and mayonaisse, sometimes some finely chopped cucumber, pepper and of course the tuna Most brands are ok but i like John West. in Brine not oil

I just sauteed it with garlic, onion. Ground pepper and salt to taste. or I make tuna omelette. Tuna and chopped button mushroom and egg. Button mushroom is optional if you don't like mushroom.

I mix it with mayonaise, salad cubes, an a little bit of mustard. I eat it in toast. My favorite brand is starkist chunk light in water.

I only use the white albacore tuna packed in water. I mix in a little mayo, finely chopped onion,sweet pickle relish,just a tad of spicey brown mustard, a pinch of salt and pepper.Serve cold. Mmmmmmmm Good !!
