Thinking of selling a house by way of a lottery, for $1/$5. How can I get the property noticed/publicised worldwide, without spending a fortune in costs? (If the cumulative bids didn't equate to the homes value, I'd cancel the lottery & refund everyone)

I think the best method is to do it through a website on the net. Spread the word via word of mouth and a low-cost advertising campaign.
