2007 Chevy Impala,which the horn does not work.replacing the fuse does not work; the horn keeps blowing by itself .What can be the problem?

You're reading I have a 1964 Chevy Impala with a 327 engine. After driving around awhile and turning off the engine, the car doesn't want to start as if I have a bad battery. The car will start after the engine cools down.
