It just closed its doors for good but it was The Bay Leaf Cafe in Palo Alto, CA. Every single thing they made was scrumptious. The crepes with bananas and chocolate sauce were my very favoritist thing ever.

Alfred’s Victorian in Middletown, Pennsylvania is a personal favorite. It is an elegant setting for a romantic meal. Along that line, another favorite would be the Lemaire restaurant in the five star Jefferson Hotel. They have an absolutely gorgeous marble lobby and a string quartet was playing when we arrived for dinner. It will always have a special place in our heart since my wife and visited there for an anniversary several years ago. When the waitress discovered that we were there for our anniversary, she notified the chef, and he sent out a sampler of his best desserts. He had one first place in a national baking contest for one of the chocolate treats. They made us feel very special that night.

There is a restaurant in my city named The Celebrity Club. The lobster is the best I have ever had. The place is quite expensive, so I do not have the opportunity to go often. The cost runs around $100.00 per person and up.

I don't have a favorite that's very well-known. There's a restaurant in town that serves the best breakfast ever; it's the place to be after a late night out drinking. They even have some alcoholic breakfast drinks if you need a little hair o' the dog. It's called the Stage and it's the BEST!

In Roswell, GA (near Atlanta) there is a restaurant called Greene's and the same owner used to have another right down the street named The Beehive. All of the food was home-cooked and delicious- almost nothing they served came prepackaged. They were only open from 4pm-midnite, because they spent from 9am-4pm every day making the breads, salad dressings, croutons, desserts, and even the whipped cream to top them. The prices were around $9-15 per dinner and the portions were huge. There is also an italian restaurant named DiPalma's in Athens, GA that is great.
