  • Wii Fit.
  • I think Wii Fit gives you the most exercise opportunities. You can do everything from cardio (with activities like the aerobics and hula-hooping) to yoga. I love the fact that it tracks your progress. I wish there were more activities though. DDR is good for cardio as well, but it gets very redundant after awhile. It also doesn't offer any of the other exercise options as wii fit.
  • I agree the Wii fit. It gives you goals to reach the Dance Revaluation once beaten it's done.
