  • You might look in the pockets of the pants in your dirty clothes hamper, that's where I always look first when I'm looking for anything. But really, you have to look at yourself and ask yourself "What do I really want?", once you spend some time thinking on that, you might be able to make a bit more sense of things.
  • With an open mind and heart. Give yourself lots of time to be just with yourself to figure out who you are and what you want from life. Listen to calming music. Figure out what things you like to do and then go do them. But most importantly, keep a journal. This will help you see what kind of changes you have made, organize your feelings, and help you see where you would like to go and how to get there.
  • Look in your pockets. It is amazing what you find there
  • Check your pockets, look inside yourself, walk with God, smile at the people you see, pet a dog, laugh at a cloud. Soul searching can make you thirsty, so drink plenty of water.
  • Your desire to do so is all it takes to begin. The sincerity with which you pursue (whatever you pursue) should exist in direct proportion to what you "find"/discover/create. Peace.
