Should the courts figure the percentage of child support from earnings of that year even though husband states he is now unemployed. I am sure he works side jobs and collects unemployment. I was lucky enough to have received his W2 to give to my lawyer.

If you're sure he works side jobs, than get the evidence of it. As for unemployment, that's still considered income for doing the calculations. Your attorney should have told you that. -
