If someone asks a question accusing people of doing something wrong what do you think it means about them?

Your question isn't too specific about the nature of the inquiry. It might mean they want to discuss such situations and want to hear certain opinions if the topic is adressed in a general manner. There are many questions in that vein in the subject of politics, for example. Other issues might be discussing injustices in general. On the other hand, if the question is just used as an opportunity to vent personal issues and/or spread gossip and innuendo I consider it more as a cry for sympathy from others and generally a waste of time.

I feel when someone accusing another openly, without any proof but rather assumptions it is because they are jealous and bitter. If they were not up to no good they would pull them aside and talk things out but posting a question is to try and make them look foolish. Those types of questions are baiting and always ends up a big drama scene.
